A time for reflection . .
The infamous New Year 'Resolution' List
Time is the most beautiful thing - as it makes us stronger, wiser, and better prepared for the more challenging, yet rewarding - things to come in life.
Many of us seem to gravitate our resolution's towards aesthetic goals, short term goals, or even materialistic goals. Yet it should be more of a reflection than a goal - and a continuing development of a skill, than a mastered one.
That being said, here are some of my New Year - Reflections:
1. Learn to be a better judge of character
Realize people's intentions are the most important underlining factor in their character
2. Realize Family is forever
Don't allow your schedule or lifestyle make you become too self absorbed to remember that
3. Learn to let them go
Some people grow with you, and other's grow against you. Don't try and hold onto something or someone who brings pain, or a circle of negativity - exhale them, and hope that one day your roots will meet again

RE: Girl's Against Porn
I came across this organization when looking for porn . . JOKING, but I am pro porn!
Once you get past the hilarious image of their bible version of The Charlies Angel's, the content on the side nav bar reads, "The Male Perspective, The Professional Perspective, Notes for Women, What Happens to Men, Options Before Divorce, ext . . "
They even went as far as having an "Honor & Decency Act" for the US Military bases in hopes to have enough signatures on a petition to ban porn from the Military. . . Seriously? Aren't these guys sacrificing enough for your Country?
I also saw this random quote posted, with really no relation to what they were discussing
This organization's number one reason for it being anti-porn, seems to be due to it "causing divorces"(porn obsessed husbands is what they claim), and on a serious note - child pornography.
Hands down, child pornography is wrong - and anyone viewing that shit is twisted, we meet eye to eye there, yet their main thing is husband's that they claim to be "porn addicts". . I feel like I've seen some Oprah, or Dr.Phil commercials for this exact topic, and I'm not sure what they had to say - but I say, LADIES STEP UP.
Porn, with adult porn stars, who choose to be filmed while having sex - can teach us a lot. This is their occupation, and just like a Chef can teach us a thing or two about filleting a fish - a porn star could teach us a thing or two that we can use behind closed doors.

I'm really glad Beyonce and her team chose this song to be the 3rd single. The way Beyonce uses her voice, is very different than what we are use to hearing from her - it's very controlled, and haunting.
This was one of my favorites, along with 'Smash Into You', 'Hello', 'Ego', and 'Scared of Lonely'

Not much to say about this video - hot, hot, hot & a sharp contrast to Halo, which plays on the Two Disc - alter Ego theme.

The blog has been very neglected during the holiday season. Yet for a good cause - I've been going back and forth between families, and subsequently I have 4 of them (My immediate Fam, Mom's Fam, Dad's Fam, Step Dad's Fam)

I am only moving 118 km (The "feel good town" of Cobourg - to the city of Toronto), yet it's being played like a world away!

My fragrance choices
With Christmas around the corner, I've spent my fair share of time within department stores lately, either shopping myself - or taken along for my input
It was my goal to smell at least every fragrance my nose came along this season, and that was everything from your Walmart - Shonny Hilfiger's, to the lucrative notes in Clive Christian's X.
Yet my two winner's may shock you, as they are very reasonably priced - one created by a tripple threat diva, and the other an iconic supermodel.

This band is Toronto based, and I can't wait to hear more - as this song is fire. It played during our last shoot, and the entire crew had it stuck in their head ALL day
